Every client comes through the same door: a free conversation, then a Strategy Session, then installation, then mentorship. Pay-as-you-go Tune-Ups are available alongside either phase for anyone who's done the install.

Phase 1 · Installation

Neuro Agent

$1,499 one-off

Jamie configures your iPhone into a working support system. You walk out with a live Notion workspace, Claude on your Action Button, and sensory-friendly settings, all built from your own words. Baseline upkeep is included: automated health monitoring and system prompt updates as Claude evolves.

Below the $1,500 IF pre-approval threshold by design. No pre-approval needed.

Phase 2 · Mentorship

Neuro Pro

$5,000 / year

A maintained system, a library built around Agent Working Memory and Claude/Notion stack fluency, and Pro-level tune-ups when you need to go deeper. Help as a system feature Jamie maintains. Gifted Claude Pro subscription included.

Ongoing digital support service. One annual invoice. Pre-approval required.

The entry point is always a Strategy Session ($200, 90 minutes). You don't commit to the Agent or Pro on day one. The Strategy Session exists so you can see the system working before you buy it. Tune-Ups over Discord ($30 for 15 min, $60 for 30 min) are available alongside either phase for anyone who has done the install.

If you proceed to the Neuro Agent, the transcript of this session becomes the blueprint for your workspace. Your system is built from your words, not from a form you filled in.

Phase 1 · Installation

Neuro Agent

The specialist support service that turns your iPhone into an externalised executive function system. You bring the phone. Jamie sets everything up. You leave with something that works.

In person, in Christchurch, to start. Jamie is doing every installation face-to-face while the process matures. A self-guided remote installation is in development and will open the service up nationally over time.

You'll also need a compatible iPhone. The iPhone 16 starts at $1,499 from major NZ retailers and can be purchased separately through your IF allocation as equipment. Claude and Notion run on both iPhone and Android, but the Action Button (iPhone 15 Pro, 16, 17) is what removes the friction between you and your system.

Neuro Pro

Your system keeps working because someone maintains it. Pro is the ongoing mentorship layer: stack fluency, Agent Skills, and the tools to tend your Agent's Working Memory as your life changes. Help as a system feature, a library built for stack fluency, and Pro-level tune-ups are how that mentorship shows up.

Neuro Pro is not a subscription. Not a training programme. Not a software licence. It is an ongoing digital support service, claimable through IF as a disability support service. It is a support system that mentors you: to navigate the modern world with Agent Skills, and to grow fluent in the Claude and Notion stack that runs your life. What you are paying for at $5,000 a year:

  • Neurodivergent, diagnosed ADHD. Builds systems for the ADHD and autistic brain from the inside out.
  • Fifteen years as a support worker in the New Zealand disability sector.
  • BA in Human Services with a minor in Psychology.
  • Fluent in the Claude and Notion stack that runs your system. Keeps it current as Claude itself evolves.

Agent Guide

A living how-to wiki on your Notion Hub. Written by Jamie's master agent. Grows with you.

Every topic in your Agent Guide is written in the same four-part format, so you and your Claude read the same thing the same way:

  • What's happening. The situation, explained plainly.
  • How your system helps. Your specific setup, not generic advice.
  • How to do it yourself. Numbered manual steps, if you want to learn.
  • A voice command. One self-contained sentence your Claude can act on.

Three ways topics arrive, automatically:

  • From sessions. Your Strategy Session and Tune-Up transcripts become topics.
  • From Help. Every Help question you ask gets appended as a new topic section.
  • From the network. When the master Protocol improves, affected topics silently regenerate across every client's Guide.

Day one it reflects your first session. Month six it reflects every question you've asked and every Protocol improvement across the whole network. No maintenance from you. Sensitive material (crisis, trauma, medication specifics) is routed to a private review section, never the Guide. Your Hub, your page: you can walk away with it at any time.

A lightweight surface for people who want focused help on their system without committing to an ongoing relationship. If you're booking more than two a month regularly, Neuro Pro is probably the better fit.
