Phase 1  ·  Installation

Glasses for your memory.

The Neuro Agent is the installation phase of your system. Jamie configures your iPhone into an externalised executive function system. You speak. It captures, organises, and remembers. Nothing lives in your head.

One 90-minute session. One flat fee. You walk out with something that works.

Neuro Agent
The Job of This Phase

Turn your phone into a working support system in one session.

Your iPhone is already the most sophisticated computer you'll ever own. It's also, for most neurodivergent adults, a distraction machine. The Neuro Agent reconfigures it into something closer to assistive technology: one button to capture, a system that organises, and a workspace that surfaces what you need.

Jamie does the configuration in person. You don't build anything. You don't learn an app. You talk, and the setup happens around you.

Claudia rents you a workspace. The Neuro Agent installs one you own. When Jamie walks out the door, the system is yours. Your Notion workspace, your Claude account, your data. Walk away at any time with everything intact.

The Architecture

Two buttons. Two assistants. One workspace.

Two buttons on your iPhone. Two different assistants. Siri handles the fast and generic. Claude knows your life. You don't have to think about which one to use. Your hands learn it inside a week.

Siri

Siri · Side Button

Hold the large button on the right. Fast. Stateless. No memory. Set a timer. Add to calendar. Set a reminder. Five-second tasks that don't need context. Siri doesn't know you. It just executes.

Claude

Claude · Action Button

Hold the small button on the top left. Claude knows your routines, your goals, your energy. It reads and writes to your Notion workspace. "I did the laundry." "What's on my plate today?" One voice command. Claude takes action.

Notion

Notion · Your Neuro Hub

Your tasks, routines, goals, Help channel, and session notes. All in one place. Open Notion and you see your Right Now page: what needs doing today, what's coming up this week, and nothing else. Claude keeps it updated every time you speak. You never organise, sort, or maintain anything. Just open it and look.

The Session

What happens in the 90 minutes

The Neuro Agent installation runs from the transcript of your Strategy Session. By the time Jamie sits down with your phone, he already knows your routines, your goals, and what a hard day looks like for you. The 90 minutes is execution, not discovery.

In person, in Christchurch, for now. Jamie is doing every installation face-to-face while the process matures. A self-guided remote installation is in development and will open the service up nationally over time. If you're outside Christchurch and interested, get in touch and you'll be first in the pipeline when it lands.

Accounts and installs

Claude and Notion installed on your iPhone, signed in under your own accounts. Notion workspace duplicated from the Neuro Support template. Google Calendar connected if you want Claude to read and write events.

Workspace from your words

Your Tasks, Routines, Goals, and Help databases are populated from your Strategy Session transcript. Your routines in your phrasing. Your goals in your language. Not a template you have to translate.

The Action Button

A custom Shortcut is built and assigned to your Action Button. One press, speak, the system does the rest. Voice to Claude to Notion, in under three seconds.

Sensory-friendly profile

Optional. An iPhone .mobileconfig profile reduces visual clutter, gates notifications, and softens the interface for days when the noise is too much. You install it. You can remove it. You control it.

The walk-through

Jamie turns the phone around. You use it together. First capture. First task. First voice command. Any questions answered in real time, with your actual setup.

The tune-up, two weeks later

A focused 30-minute Follow-Up Tune-Up adjusts the system based on real usage. This is typically where the system goes from configured to personalised. The first two weeks of real life reveal what fits and what needs changing.

Capabilities

What the Agent can do

Not everything at once. The capabilities below are what the configured system can do out of the box. Neuro Pro teaches you the deeper surfaces progressively, only when you're ready.

Voice capture

Add appointments, tasks, and ideas with your voice. Press a button and speak. The system takes action.

Smart reminders

Reminders that work for your brain. Cascading alerts. Transition warnings. Time made visible.

Idea capture

Capture thoughts the moment they pop into your head. Nothing trusted to recall.

Week planning

Plan your week with a simple voice command. Tasks matched to your energy level.

Task breakdown

Big tasks broken into small, manageable steps. Momentum engineered, not demanded.

Message drafting

Draft emails and messages for you to review before sending. Social processing load reduced.

Low-energy mode

Surface only low-energy tasks when you're having a rough day. The system meets you where you are.

Undo anything

Just say "undo that" and Claude knows what it did. Mistakes are never permanent.

Full history

Everything you've asked and everything the system has done. Nothing gets lost.

Designed for Bad Days

The worst day is the design spec.

Every task in your system has an energy level: Low, Medium, or High. On a good day, you see everything. On a bad day, the system knows. It surfaces only the tasks you can actually do right now.

No guilt list. No backlog of things you should have done. Just the next small thing that fits where you are today. The system doesn't demand performance.

Nothing breaks if you rest. Come back after a week away and the system is still there. No wall of missed tasks. No score.

What Happens Afterwards

Your workspace doesn't go stale. Baseline upkeep is part of the $1,499.

The Neuro Agent is a one-off service, but the relationship doesn't end at the door. Your workspace lives inside the Neuro Support Notion instance. Jamie stays attached as a guest via an integration token you can revoke at any time. That baseline carries three things, for as long as the workspace exists:

  • Automated health monitoring. Your workspace is part of Jamie's automated maintenance sweep. Broken states get noticed without you reporting them.
  • System prompt updates. When Claude ships new capabilities, Jamie can push updates to your system prompt and workspace directly. You don't reinstall. You don't reconfigure.
  • Passive oversight. Not a Help channel. Not live support. But the system is watched, not abandoned.

This is a deliberate choice. The baseline is light on Jamie's time so it scales. Active support — written Q&A, live sessions, a direct line — is what Neuro Pro is for.

When you want more

Two paths, separately or together:

Tune-Ups over Discord. Ad-hoc 1:1 time with Jamie. 15 minutes for $30, or 30 minutes for $60. Available to anyone who has done the Neuro Agent install. Good for a specific question, a stuck workflow, or a tweak you want walked through.

Neuro Pro. $5,000 a year. Ongoing mentorship: Help as a system feature Jamie maintains (async, response within 2 business days), Pro-level tune-ups (deeper than baseline because Pro unlocks Claude Code and library content, first each month at 50% off), a library built around Agent Working Memory and Claude/Notion stack fluency, and a gifted Claude Pro subscription.

Claudia retains nothing once you stop paying the subscription. Neuro Agent retains a thread regardless. Pro thickens it. That's the continuity of scaffolding, and it applies to every client who installs.

Funding

Designed for Individualised Funding

The Neuro Agent is a specialist support service, priced at $1,499. That sits below the NZ Individualised Funding $1,500 pre-approval threshold by design. For IF tiers 1 to 3, no pre-approval is required for the installation phase.

You will also need a compatible iPhone. The iPhone 16 starts at $1,499 from major NZ retailers and can be purchased separately through your IF allocation as equipment. Equipment always requires pre-approval from your host regardless of price, but an iPhone as assistive technology is a straightforward approval. Jamie can help you navigate the process.

Neuro Support works with multiple IF hosts including Manawanui, Florence, and Carenet. If you're unsure whether your IF budget covers this, Jamie can help you check before you commit to anything. No guesswork, no surprises.

Questions

Common questions about the Agent

Not at all. The most common way to use the Agent is to press a button and talk. That's it. Claude understands normal language. You just say what you need. Jamie teaches you everything during the setup session.

The Action Button is available on iPhone 15 Pro, all iPhone 16 models, and all iPhone 17 models. It triggers Claude with one press. Press the button, speak, Claude acts. No unlocking, no navigating, no finding the right app. For neurodivergent users, removing that friction is the difference between using the system and not using it.

Yes. Open the Claude app and start a voice conversation. You talk, Claude talks back. Like a phone call with someone who knows your whole system. Great for planning your week, thinking through a problem, or working through something when you don't feel like typing.

Only if you want it to. When you use the Action Button, your voice is transcribed to text and the response comes back as text on screen. Voice in. Text out. You can use it anywhere without anyone else hearing what Claude says. When you open the app and start a voice conversation, Claude speaks back. You choose which mode fits the moment.

Just say "undo that" or "I got the date wrong, it should be Wednesday." Claude can see everything it has done. It can fix, change, or remove anything it did.

Yes. Your accounts are set up in your name. Your workspace belongs to you. Jamie helps configure them but does not retain access unless you're on Neuro Pro and want ongoing support. Claude does not share your conversations with anyone. There is no Neuro Support backend processing your data. Your relationship with Anthropic and Notion is direct and contractual.

Everything stays yours. Your workspace, your calendar, your data. The system doesn't depend on Jamie to keep running. You can always come back if you need a tune-up.

No. The Neuro Agent is a one-off service. You own the result. Neuro Pro is optional and is where most clients go because Claude and the workspace evolve over time, and keeping them tuned is worth the ongoing relationship. But nothing locks you in. You decide.
